STEP 2
We’ll take you through an Initial 1-1 Session so that we can understand how you move & find out the best way to coach you ✅
STEP 3
Get in to the swing of it with 60+ sessions to pick from, bookable via an app. You’ll be met at your level & progressed from there 📈
STEP 4
Love it? 🤞🏽 Reap the rewards of consistency & join as a monthly member. Not for you after the 28 Days? No bad blood with us 😊

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE 28 DAYS?

The majority of people! You may be thinking, ‘how does that work?’ Well, you’ve obviously not experienced true Small Group Personal Training before 👋 Training with no more than 5 others with you means that we can really personalise our programme to suit you.

Once registered in the above form, we'll call you so that we can discuss our 28 experience to make sure we’re both a right fit. If you decide to go ahead, we’ll guide you throughout the rest of the process.

We have over 60 sessions a week to pick from. Starting at 6am and generally finishing at 8.30pm. We also open 7am - mid-day on a Saturday.

You’re only committing to our 28 day experience for a taste of Square One. We can then discuss membership options with you which work on a monthly basis.

Our 28 Day Experience is a one-off payment of £119. If you wish to join, our monthly memberships work out at around £16-20 per session, with additional bonus CV-based classes thrown in, as an extra. 1-1 personal training can cost you anything from £35-60 per hour, so this is a more budget friendly way to be coached well, around other like-minded individuals.

Think of our sessions more like personal training, than a class. You won’t feel like you’re holding people up as we cater for a wide range of abilities. We are big believers in easing people in, too.
