We keep spaces limited so we can give you the personalised attention you deserve.

Starts with a 1:1 Initial Session. This is our chance to get to know you and personalise your sessions by understanding how you move and your goals.
You’ll then get access to 7 Days of Personal Training Sessions - they run almost on the hour, every hour.
If suitable, you can also join any of our Classes. If you’re not sure, we’ll guide you and ensure your sessions are appropriate.

That’s exactly what our initial 1-1 is for. We get to know where you’re at so that every session will be tailored to you.You’ll have coach support at all times so you go at the right pace for you - and build confidence as you progress.

We run over 70 coached sessions each week, almost on the hour, every hour from 6am through to 8/9pm. On Saturdays, we’re open from 7am until midday.

You can book sessions through our mobile app or directly via your web browser on desktop or phone.
You’re in full control of your bookings and can easily reschedule bookings if you need to. -
No problem, we’ll work with you to ensure that you get the most out of your time with us.

If you’ve enjoyed your 7-Day Experience, you can easily continue onto a full membership.
Don’t worry, we don’t tie you in to any long contracts. We can discuss this during your experience at a time that is convenient to you.
If you decide that Square One is not for you, that is absolutely fine - we’re just grateful you gave us a shot.
